Common FAQ's
Our standard processing and packaging time is 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during high-volume sale periods.
Please keep in mind that once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot control the speed at which our carriers process your order. We are not liable for any delays within USPS, UPS, mother nature, holiday delays, or other unplanned situations.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping costs. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs if you elect to return your purchase for any reason other than an error on our part.
If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
*Any defective, incorrect, or damaged items need to be reported within 30 days of delivery for a replacement.
The item/s are out of stock, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your order's shipment.
You may have checked out as a guest rather than signing into your account before placing your order. If that is the case, please email us your order number and account email and we can add the order to your account so you can receive order updates and tracking info.

SHIPPING -

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. In general, orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. In some cases, a small handling fee may be included in the shipping costs to pay for labor and materials associated with packing and shipping your order.
COUPONS & DISCOUNTS -
All coupons and discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We are unable to apply coupons, discounts, or promotions to orders once they have been submitted.
REFUNDED ITEMS -
If an item in your order is out of stock, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your order's shipment.
RETURNS POLICY -

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
